Our goal is to
establish a relationship with your company as a trusted and reliable supplier.
We expect to achieve our objective by offering you durable, high quality window
films at competitive prices.
Before
we consider including any films in our product line, we subject them to
extensive laboratory and field testing. As part of our evaluation process, we
rely upon QUV Weather meters (accelerated aging equipment) to determine how
durable a film actually is before we include it in our product offering. To our
knowledge, we are the only private window film distributor in the USA that owns
and operates this kind of equipment.
We
are often asked "how many hours in the QUV system equals how many years in the
sun?" Nobody can give you an exact answer to this question. QUV testing is done
for comparative purposes. We mount samples of the films we are testing side by
side with samples we determine how well our candidate film is made, compared to
the competition.
For
example, if we conduct a 6,000 hour exposure test and the film we are evaluating
exhibits a color or adhesive failure after 1,289 hours and the other samples
endured the full 6,000 hours without any problems, we know that the test sample
was inferior and we will reject it. On have obtained from the best known
manufacturers in the solar control industry. With this methodology, we can
accurately the other hand, if our test sample withstands the same 6,000 hour
test and exhibits no failures, we get a pretty good idea of how well it is made
and how long it will last compared to other well known brands.
